Returns and Exchanges:
- We Accept Returns, Exchanges and Refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must include original receipt, invoice or packing slip.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Please contact us at 319-277-7586 if you have any questions about our return policies or if you are unsure whether your item is returnable or if a restocking fee will apply.
- Defective items are subject to our inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.
Refund Policy:
- NO REFUNDS for items after 30 days and ONLY for the reason below.
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the “quality” of the product you may return it for a full refund with the following stipulations:
- You are responsible for the return postage [postage refunded if found defective].
- The item must not be washed, abused, or worn, other than trying it on for size.
- You must notify us of your intent to return the item within “30 days” of receipt.
- All refunds will be issued via check or credited to the card used for the original purchase.
Return Authorization:
- All returns require a return authorization from us. Before you return an item to us please send us an email stating your reason for a return. We will email you a return shipping label for you to affix to the original box that your order came in. You will then take the box to your nearest UPS Store and they will send it to us. If you do not live near a UPS Store, then please call UPS and request a pick-up and they will send it to us. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Back Orders:
- At this time we do not back order any items for any reason.
